Done that." Unlike consultants, the candidate must be a hands-on implementer and be able to work full time.
Process
We meet with the client company to get an in-depth understanding of the candidate requirements, the budget, time frame, and deliverables.
We create a detailed, written spec which becomes the search blueprint for our proactive search to find the right talent match. We begin our search in the local (commutable) geography and expand out as necessary. We will present candidates with a resume and our written report in the shortest possible time frame without compromising our standards for high quality individuals. The client usually makes the final hiring decision.
