The Temp to Permanent process provides employers with the opportunity to try out employees to determine if they are a good fit for the organization and the position. This is also a good option for those employers who are thinking about increasing staff but not ready to commit to a permanent increase in workforce before testing it out. Direct Hire eliminates the time-consuming tasks associated with recruiting and hiring. If an employer is looking for a regular, full-time employee but doesn’t have the time, expertise or resources to handle advertising openings, sifiting through countless applications and resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting numerous interviews and skill tesingt applicants, HR Dynamics can help. Our placements are guaranteed. If at any time, the person does not meet a client’s requirements, a replacement search will be provided at no charge.
