Purpose
To proactively recruit professional talent to precisely match the skill set and credentials of the individual who can develop and implement the programs and solutions required to solve the company’s problems and capitalize on opportunities.
Focus
A custom designed, in-depth recruiting and interviewing process; NOT a database search.
Evaluation of specific skill sets and credentials to match the need. Candidate must demonstrate, “Been there. Done that.”
Unlike consultants, the candidate must be a hands-on implementer and full time for a finite period.
Process
We meet with the client company to get an in-depth understanding of the candidate requirements, the budget, time frame, and deliverables.
We create a detailed, written “spec” which becomes the “search blueprint” for our proactive search to find the right talent match.
We begin our search in the local (commutable) geography and expand out as necessary. Temporary living costs are stipulated up front.
We present, with a resume and our written report, two or three candidates within three weeks or less. The client interviews and we conduct detailed reference checks. The client makes the final decision.
We provide payroll/benefits, consultation on performance measures and bonuses, and in some cases the option to convert to permanent, full time employment at the end of the assignment.
