HR Dynamics has a long standing and highly successful degree of experience in the staffing industry. We are a non-franchise, locally owned and operated company headquartered in downtown Vero Beach, Florida.
We do placements on a temporary basis, Temp to Permanent, and Direct Hire. Temps can be part-time (as little as 1 day per week up to 31 hours) or full-time (32 hours or more). The Temp to Permanent process provides employers with the opportunity to “try out” employees to determine if they are a good fit for the company and the position. This is also a good option for those employers who are thinking about increasing staff but not ready to commit to a permanent increase in workforce before testing it out. Direct Hire eliminates the time consuming tasks associated with recruiting and hiring. If an employer is looking for a regular, full time employee but doesn’t have the time or resources to advertise openings, sift through countless applications and resumes, scheudle interviews and conduct numerous interviews and skill test applicants, HR Dynamcis can help. Evaluating candidates is our business and we do it every day.
Our expertise is finding the best possible match for your specific job. We do not rely on stacks of resumes. We look at each staffing assignment as a custom order.
How do we differ from the large, franchised staffing agencies?
- We always conduct personal interviews, background/reference checks and targeted skill testing before presenting a candidate to our clients.
- All candidates are tested using the sophisticated Skillcheck® software. These tests are selected to mirror the requirements of the specific job, far beyond the standard testing for skills like Microsoft Office Suite.
- We are thorough in checking references. In today’s litigious environment it is difficult to get former employers to give a candid reference. Because we have long term, established relationships with HR professionals and business owners in our marketplace, they give us the meaningful, “off-the-record” reference.
- Our placements are guaranteed. If, at any time, the person does not meet a client’s requirements, the candidate will be replaced at no charge.
- As a community focused company, we have special rates for not-for-profit organizations.
- If the client chooses not to hire one of our candidates, there will never be a fee.
